Requires participating school districts to submit reports by September 30, 2028 detailing pilot program results, with the Department of Education compiling a summary for submission to legislative leadership and the governor by November 30, 2028.

Appropriates $3,000,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2024-2025 to the Department of Education to implement the pilot program, with unexpended funds reverting to the general fund on December 31, 2028.

Program automatically repeals on December 31, 2028.
