Requires physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners providing well-baby and pediatric services to inform parents or guardians about gun safety measures, including proper gun storage and risks to children who find guns in the home.

Allows healthcare providers to meet notification requirements by providing information verbally, in writing, or through a pamphlet prepared by the Department of Health Services.

Directs the Department of Health Services to prepare a gun safety pamphlet by January 2, 2025, distribute it free of charge to healthcare providers and institutions on request, and post it on the department's website.

Appropriates $250,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2024-2025 to the Department of Health Services to prepare and distribute the gun safety pamphlet.

Authorizes the Department of Health Services to accept and spend gifts, grants, and donations for purposes of the gun safety pamphlet program.
