• Updates crime prevention justification in Section 13-411 to require deadly force comply with Section 13-405 or 13-406 standards rather than creating independent justification.

• Revises Section 13-419 presumptions regarding defense of residential structures and occupied vehicles to narrow applicability and remove reference to repealed Section 13-421.

• Repeals Section 13-421, Arizona Revised Statutes.
