Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 36-551 to add Prader-Willi syndrome as a specific genetic or chromosomal condition qualifying for developmental disability services.

Expands the definition of developmental disability to include conditions "attributable to a cognitive disability or a genetic or chromosomal condition," explicitly listing Prader-Willi syndrome alongside Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and autism.

Adds a new definition of "Prader-Willi syndrome" as a genetic disorder characterized by short stature, intellectual disability, hypotonia, abnormally small hands and feet, hypogonadism, and uncontrolled appetite leading to extreme obesity.

Renumbers subsequent definitions in the statute to accommodate the addition of Prader-Willi syndrome definition.
