Requires the Arizona Department of Public Safety to maintain a secure website portal allowing federally licensed firearms dealers to verify the validity of concealed weapons permits presented during firearm sales.

Mandates that firearms dealers check the permit validity through the department portal when a person presents a concealed weapons permit; if the permit is invalid, the dealer must conduct a background check before completing the sale.

Restricts the department from retaining or collecting data on the number of permit verification queries made by firearms dealers.

Appropriates $300,000 from the school safety interoperability fund to the Department of Public Safety in fiscal year 2024-2025 for developing and maintaining the secure website portal.
