Amends Section 13-1411 of Arizona Revised Statutes to expand the definition of bestiality to include possessing, distributing, transporting, exhibiting, selling, purchasing, or electronically transmitting visual depictions of bestiality.

Visual depictions are defined as videos or photographs in film or digital file format, but explicitly exclude videos or photographs generated using artificial intelligence.

Establishes that bestiality involving actual sexual contact with animals remains a class 6 felony, with enhancement to class 3 felony if the other person involved is a minor under fifteen years of age.

Creates a new class 1 misdemeanor offense for possession or distribution of visual depictions of bestiality.

Preserves exemptions for licensed veterinary practices, commercial animal breeding through insemination, and accepted animal husbandry practices.
