Prohibits intentionally misrepresenting non-animal-derived food products as meat, fish, poultry, or other animal food products through false labels or deceptively similar terms.

Specifically prohibits labeling cell-cultured food products or synthetic products derived from plants, insects, or other sources as meat, fish, poultry, or animal food products.

Authorizes the Department of Health Services to adopt rules, investigate violations, and impose civil penalties of up to $100,000 per violation, with each day of violation counted as a separate offense.

Allows the department to seek injunctive relief and delegate enforcement authority to county health departments or the Arizona Department of Agriculture's weights and measures division.

Permits use of words or terms for brand names, slogans, trademarks, or trade names that are not intentionally false, misleading, or deceptive.
