Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 25-314 regarding pleadings in covenant marriage dissolution proceedings.

Requires petitions for dissolution or legal separation of a covenant marriage to be accompanied by a notarized affidavit signed by a member of clergy or marriage counselor attesting that the parties received counseling and that grounds for dissolution prescribed in sections 25-903 or 25-904 are met.

Maintains existing protections for domestic violence victims by allowing them to disclose alternative contact methods instead of their physical address.
