Prohibits hospital service corporations and medical service corporations from imposing copayment or coinsurance requirements for emergency contraception prescribed by a health care provider or issued through a standing prescription drug order, effective January 1, 2026.

Prohibits health care services organizations from imposing copayment or coinsurance requirements for emergency contraception under the same conditions, effective January 1, 2026.

Prohibits disability insurers from imposing copayment or coinsurance requirements for emergency contraception prescribed by a health care provider or issued through a standing prescription drug order, effective January 1, 2026.

Prohibits group disability insurers and blanket disability insurers from imposing copayment or coinsurance requirements for emergency contraception under the same conditions, effective January 1, 2026.
