Bans landlords from advertising preferences, limits, or discrimination based on tenants receiving government or private assistance, grants, loans, or income from lawful occupations.

Requires landlords to subtract rent vouchers or subsidies from monthly rent before calculating whether prospective tenants meet income threshold requirements.

Defines "source of income" to include Section 8 housing choice vouchers, housing assistance, public assistance, emergency rental assistance, veterans benefits, social security, and benefits from federal, state, local, private, or nonprofit entities.

Classifies violations as unlawful practices under Arizona law, allowing the Attorney General to investigate and take action under title 41, chapter 9, article 7 or title 44, chapter 10, article 7.
