Repeals section 41-3024.27 of Arizona Revised Statutes and adds section 41-3032.27 to establish a new termination date for the Public Safety Personnel Retirement System (PSPRS) board of trustees.

Sets the termination date of the PSPRS board of trustees for July 1, 2032.

Repeals Title 38, chapter 5, articles 3, 3.1, 3.2, 4, 4.1, 4.2, 5.1 and 6 on January 1, 2033.

Continues the PSPRS board to manage and invest employee and employer contributions and distribute retirement benefits to members of five plans: the elected officials' retirement plan, elected officials' defined contribution retirement system, public safety personnel retirement system, public safety personnel defined contribution retirement plan, and corrections officer retirement plan.

Applies retroactively to July 1, 2024.
