Repeals Arizona Revised Statutes section 23-1302, which pertains to right-to-work protections.

Changes the article heading of Title 23, Chapter 8, Article 1 from "RIGHT TO WORK" to "GENERAL PROVISIONS".

Amends section 23-1306 to remove language regarding discharge or denial of employment based on nonmembership in a labor organization.

Removes section 23-1302 from the list of protected retaliatory discharge grounds in section 23-1501, eliminating the right to be free from retaliation for exercising free choice regarding labor organization membership.

Becomes effective only if the Arizona Constitution is amended by voter approval of a concurrent resolution at the next general election relating to the right to work.
