Prohibits persons and entities from allowing artificial intelligence systems to create, store, or use child sexual abuse material.

Establishes violations as unlawful practices enforceable only by the Arizona Attorney General under title 44, chapter 10, article 7.

Authorizes civil penalties up to $10,000 per affected individual or the total economic loss sustained, with a maximum of $500,000 per violation or series of related violations.

Allows the Attorney General to recover restitution for affected individuals in addition to civil penalties.

Defines "child sexual abuse material" as a visual depiction of sexual exploitation of a minor.
