Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 15-184 and 15-816.01 to add enrollment preference for children of armed forces members who are on active duty or killed in the line of duty.

Charter schools may now give enrollment preference to and reserve capacity for children of members of the armed forces of the United States.

School districts may now give enrollment preference to children of members of the armed forces of the United States who are on active duty or killed in the line of duty.

Maintains existing enrollment preferences for returning pupils, siblings, foster children, and homeless youth in both charter schools and school districts.
