Extends the time that disciplinary actions against health profession licensees or certificate holders remain visible on regulatory board websites from 5 years to 25 years.

Extends the time that final nondisciplinary orders and actions (including letters of concern and advisory letters) remain visible on regulatory board websites from 5 years to 25 years.

Requires health profession regulatory boards to display a statement on their websites informing the public that dismissed complaints and nondisciplinary actions can be obtained directly from the board.

Maintains that dismissed complaints and pending investigations cannot appear on regulatory boards' websites but remain available to the public through public records requests under section 39-121.
