• Increases relocation fund payments for single-section mobile homes from $7,500 to $12,500 and for multisection mobile homes from $12,500 to $20,000 under A.R.S. § 33-1476.04

• Increases abandonment payment eligibility from one-fourth (25%) to forty percent (40%) of maximum allowable moving expenses for tenants who surrender their mobile home title to the landlord

• Applies the same payment increases to relocation expenses under A.R.S. § 33-1476.05 for tenants displaced when age-restricted mobile home parks convert to all-age communities

• Operates as an emergency measure effective immediately upon passage
