• Prohibits counties and municipalities from requiring generators to be permanently affixed to mobile food units.

• Allows mobile food units to request exemptions from commissary or servicing area requirements if sufficiently equipped to meet health and safety standards independently.

• Requires cities and towns with populations over 50,000 and counties with populations over 500,000 to offer electronic application formats for mobile food vendor licenses and permits.
