Requires county recorders to establish on-site early voting locations that remain open until 7:00 p.m. on the Saturday, Sunday, and Monday immediately preceding election day.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-542 to specify mandatory weekend early voting hours at recorder offices and other early voting locations throughout the county.

Maintains existing requirements that electors present identification before receiving ballots at on-site early voting locations and may update voter registration information at these locations.

Applies to all early voting locations established by county recorders, ensuring consistent weekend hour availability across multiple voting sites.
