Amends Arizona campaign finance law to require corporations, limited liability companies, and labor organizations to register and notify filing officers within one day of making contributions above specified thresholds to influence candidate elections.

Establishes contribution thresholds triggering registration requirements: $5,000 or more in statewide races, $2,500 or more in legislative races, and $1,000 or more in single-jurisdiction county, city, town, or local races.

Requires registration to include the entity's name and address plus the authorizing person's name, title, email, and phone number; notifications must include contribution amount, recipient, candidate name, race, support or opposition status, and contribution date.

Mandates entities file a notarized sworn statement within five days confirming the filing person had authority to make the contribution; notifications are marked "unverified" or "unverified and delinquent" if statement is not timely received.

Imposes civil penalties up to three times the contribution amount for entities failing to register or notify as required, and classifies knowing false filings as class 1 misdemeanors.
