Expands disclosure requirements for persons making independent expenditures to include corporations, limited liability companies, and labor organizations in addition to political action committees.

Requires disclosure of the four largest funding sources (instead of three) making contributions to the entity paying for an advertisement, if those contributions exceed applicable thresholds.

Adds requirement to disclose when out-of-state contributors or groups are "major funding sources," defined as non-individual contributors giving $10,000+ for statewide/legislative races or $5,000+ for other offices.

Requires corporations, limited liability companies, and labor organizations making independent expenditures to file campaign finance reports with the filing officer if they accept donations or contributions.
