Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 19-125 to modify requirements for ballot measure descriptive titles and summaries.

Requires the Secretary of State and Attorney General to post approved impartial summaries on their websites at least 30 days before official ballots and publicity pamphlets are printed.

Mandates descriptive titles include statements describing the effects of "yes" and "no" votes, or the ballot must comply with alternative provisions in subsection F.

Requires the Secretary of State to provide a copy of the impartial summary to the committee that filed the ballot measure, if any.

Changes descriptive title requirement from "a summary" to "an impartial summary" to clarify the standard for ballot measure descriptions.
