• Allows schools to provide up to 40 percent of total instructional time in a remote setting without funding impacts; exceeding this threshold results in funding calculated at 95 percent of the base support level for the excess remote instruction percentage.

• Requires the Department of Education to post all adopted instructional time models on its website, including any funding impacts for each model.

• Enables schools to reallocate minimum instructional hours between courses on a per-student basis and stagger learning schedules, including weekend and evening instruction options.
