Repeals section 41-3024.27, Arizona Revised Statutes, and adds section 41-3030.12 to establish a termination date for the public safety personnel retirement system board of trustees.

Public Safety Personnel Retirement System Board of Trustees terminates on July 1, 2030, with related statutes repealed on January 1, 2031.

Continues the PSPRS board to manage and invest employee and employer contributions and distribute retirement benefits to five retirement plans: elected officials' retirement plan, elected officials' defined contribution retirement system, public safety personnel retirement system, public safety personnel defined contribution retirement plan, and corrections officer retirement plan.

Applies retroactively from July 1, 2024.
