Repeals the $500,000 appropriation for the Frankfurt, Germany trade office established in Laws 2023, chapter 133, section 19.

Reduces the total Arizona Commerce Authority appropriation from $62,650,000 to $62,150,000 for fiscal year 2023-2024.

Transfers any remaining unexpended and unencumbered monies from the Frankfurt trade office appropriation back to the state general fund effective upon passage of this act.

Maintains all other Arizona Commerce Authority appropriations including trade offices in Asia, Asia-Pacific, Canada, Israel, and Mexico.
