Repeals the $750,000 appropriation for "Asia trade offices" from the fiscal year 2023-24 budget as established in Laws 2023, chapter 133, section 19.

Replaces the repealed line item with two separate $750,000 appropriations: one for an "Asia-Pacific trade office" and one for a "Canada trade office."

Reduces the total appropriation to the Arizona Commerce Authority from $62,650,000 to $61,900,000.

Transfers any unexpended and unencumbered monies from the original Asia trade offices appropriation to the state general fund.
