Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-3101 to expand the definition of "prohibited weapon" to include trigger cranks, bump-fire devices, and any parts or accessories designed to accelerate the rate of fire of a semiautomatic rifle without converting it into a machine gun.

Defines "machine gun" by reference to 26 U.S. Code Section 5845(b) and "semiautomatic rifle" by reference to 18 U.S. Code Section 921(a)(28).

Maintains existing exemption that prohibited weapon provisions do not apply to firearms or devices possessed, manufactured, or transferred in compliance with federal law.
