Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-927 regarding campaign finance reporting requirements for candidate committees.

Requires statewide candidate committees to file campaign finance reports during each calendar quarter within the 48-month period preceding the general election for their office.

Maintains existing requirement that non-statewide candidate committees file reports only during the four calendar quarters in the 12-month period preceding the general election.

Clarifies that the first campaign finance report in an election cycle must include all activity from the beginning of that cycle.

Requires all committees to continue filing reports until officially terminated.
