Amends section 16-166 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding voter registration verification procedures and the role of county recorders.

Adds new subsection K allowing county recorders to place a voter registration in inactive status upon receiving information providing reasonable cause to believe a person fraudulently registered to vote or has incorrect registration information, with notice provided to the person.

Maintains existing procedures for verification notices, follow-up mailings within three weeks of returned mail, and 35-day response periods for voters to update registration information or face inactive status.

Preserves current citizenship documentation requirements and grandfathers existing registered voters from resubmitting citizenship evidence unless they change counties.

Continues requirements for county recorders to maintain inactive voter lists for four years or through the second general federal election following the notice date.
