Requires grantors to appear in person before a notary public when acknowledging deeds or conveyances of real property recorded after the effective date of this amendment.

Prohibits grantors from using remote communication technology to appear before a notary public for deeds or conveyances of real estate.

Amends Section 41-263 to exclude deeds and conveyances of real estate from the allowance for remotely located individuals to use communication technology for notarial acts.

Maintains existing acknowledgment requirements under Section 33-401 while adding the in-person appearance mandate for real property deeds.
