Appropriates funds from the state general fund in fiscal year 2024-2025 to the Department of Transportation for 75 highway and road projects designated as regional priorities by Arizona councils of government and metropolitan planning organizations.

Projects span across Arizona including street paving, bridge replacements, widening and improvements to highways and local roads in municipalities, counties, and tribal lands.

Notable large appropriations include $40,000,000 for U.S. Route 95 widening between Wellton-Mohawk Canal and Aberdeen Road, $30,079,802 for State Route 347 widening between Interstate 10 and Maricopa, and $16,503,460 for State Route 24 extension in Pinal County.

Includes funding for diverse project types: pavement preservation and rehabilitation, bridge construction and replacement, roundabout projects, flood mitigation improvements, transit facility construction, electric vehicle charging stations, and rural school bus route enhancements.

Allocates funding to cities, towns, counties, and tribal entities including the Hopi Tribe, Navajo Nation, San Carlos Apache Tribe, and Gila River Indian Community.
