Repeals section 41-3027.06 of the Arizona Revised Statutes regarding the Arizona State Schools for the Deaf and the Blind (ASDB).

Creates new section 41-3033.01 establishing a termination date of July 1, 2033 for the board of directors of the Arizona State Schools for the Deaf and the Blind.

Repeals Title 15, chapter 11 and the new termination provision on January 1, 2034.

Continues the ASDB board of directors to maintain educational opportunities for sensory-impaired children in Arizona, pursuant to statutory review requirements.
