Establishes a mobile communications platform for election workers including poll workers, drivers, warehouse and supply workers, voter registration workers, and central count center workers.

Secretary of state shall develop the platform in cooperation with county recorders and election officers.

Deploys platform as a pilot program in one or more counties or jurisdictions, with the option to offer it at reduced or no cost.

Appropriates $200,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2024-2025 to the secretary of state for implementation.

Expires December 31, 2025.
