AZ HB2439

Prohibits conveyance of land in Arizona to federally banned corporations, defined as companies banned by the Federal Communications Commission, U.S. Department of Commerce, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, or Federal Acquisition Security Council.

Includes any agent or entity under significant control of a federally banned corporation in the prohibition, but excludes the United States government and its states, territories, or possessions.

Applies the prohibition to private land sales under new section 33-459 and to state land sales under amended section 37-240.

Amends section 37-231 to clarify existing state land sale provisions regarding mineral rights reservations and adds cross-reference to section 37-240 for eligibility to purchase state lands.
