Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 8-514.07 to require the Department of Child Safety to use due diligence in identifying and notifying adult relatives and persons with significant relationships to children within thirty days of temporary custody.

Mandates the department file documentation with the court within thirty days and at each subsequent review, permanency planning, or report hearing detailing attempts to identify relatives and the specific outcome of each potential placement consideration.

Requires the department to provide notice to identified relatives explaining their options for child care or placement, available financial assistance and support services, and the process to become licensed foster parents, with a thirty-day response deadline.

Requires court documentation of all due diligence search efforts including names of relatives contacted, steps taken to locate them, responses received, contact dates, and reasons why relatives were not considered for placement.

Mandates court documentation of all interstate compact placement efforts and allows the court to order the department to file interstate compact requests if out-of-state placement options exist and the department has failed to do so.
