Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-241 to allow independent voters (those registered without a political party designation) to vote in presidential preference elections.

Independent voters may now select and vote on the ballot of the political party of their choice at the presidential preference election.

Maintains the existing election date of the Tuesday immediately following March 15 in presidential election years, with authority for the governor to issue a proclamation to move the election date if necessary.

Presidential preference elections continue to be conducted under the same rules and procedures as primary elections, with all existing election laws applying.
