Removes association authority over public roadways in planned communities where a governmental entity accepts ownership of those roadways from the declarant.

Eliminates the previous requirement that associations in communities with declarations recorded after December 31, 2014 could regulate public roadways.

Repeals provisions requiring communities with pre-2015 declarations to hold a membership vote by June 30, 2025 to continue regulating public roadways; existing regulations on those roads now expire.

Exempts one-way streets and privately owned roadways from these restrictions regardless of ownership status.
