Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 32-3272 regarding fees charged by the Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.

Waives the application fee for an independent level license if an applicant paid an initial or renewal associate level license fee and applies for independent licensure within 90 days.

Waives the renewal fee for an associate level license if the licensee submits a renewal application while their independent licensure application is pending.

Maintains existing fee caps of $500 for initial licenses and $500 for renewal licenses, with annual renewal fee increases limited to $25.
