Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-1604 to modify penalties for aggravated criminal damage involving utility or agricultural infrastructure.

Expands the definition of aggravated criminal damage in subsection A, paragraph 4 to include interfering with or preventing the performance of a normal function of utility infrastructure or preventing the intended course or path of any utility service.

Increases criminal penalties for damages to utility infrastructure: Class 3 felony for $10,000 or more in damages (previously unspecified), Class 4 felony for $1,500 to $9,999 in damages, and Class 5 felony for lesser amounts.

Adds "cost of the loss of the utility service" to the definition of damages that can be counted when calculating the total amount of property damage for felony classification purposes.
