Secretary of state shall establish a secure online portal for qualified electors to sign nomination petitions for judicial candidates via the internet.

The online system must verify that signers are qualified electors eligible to sign petitions for the specific candidate.

Judicial candidates may collect up to the full number of required nomination petition signatures through the online system instead of paper petitions.

This provision applies only to candidates for judicial offices that require nominating petitions under Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-333.
