Requires able-bodied adults under 60 years old receiving SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) to participate in mandatory employment and training programs as prescribed under federal law (7 U.S.C. § 2015(d)).

Exempts recipients who are compliant with work registration requirements under Title IV of the Social Security Act or the federal-state unemployment compensation system.

Exempts parents or caregivers responsible for incapacitated persons or dependent children under 6 years of age, bona fide students enrolled at least half-time, and regular participants in drug or alcohol treatment programs.

Exempts individuals employed at least 30 hours per week or earning weekly wages equivalent to federal minimum wage multiplied by 30 hours.

Exempts 16-18 year olds who are not heads of household and either attend school or are enrolled in employment training programs on at least a half-time basis.
