Prohibits the Department of Economic Security from seeking, applying for, accepting or renewing waivers of work requirements for able-bodied adults without dependents under federal SNAP law (7 U.S.C. § 2015(o)(4)) unless required or authorized by state law.

Prohibits the Department of Economic Security from exercising the state's option to provide exemptions from work requirements under 7 U.S.C. § 2015(o)(6)(E) unless authorized by state law.

Adds section 46-232 to Arizona Revised Statutes governing Department of Economic Security authority over SNAP work requirement waivers and exemptions.
