Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 32-3279 to establish a new temporary licensure pathway for recent behavioral health graduates.

Requires the Board of Behavioral Health Examiners to issue temporary licenses to graduates who have completed programs in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or substance abuse counseling from regionally accredited institutions.

Temporary licenses are valid for 90 days after graduation and require direct supervision by someone who provided supervision during the graduate's course of study or internship.

Allows direct client contact work experience gained during the 90-day temporary licensure period to count toward the licensure requirements for an associate-level license.
