Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-2907 to add preventive dental care as a covered health service for AHCCCS members who are at least 21 years of age.

Preventive dental care is added to the existing $1,000 annual limit for emergency dental care and extractions for adult members.

Prohibits use of hospital assessment fund monies to pay for preventive dental care services, similar to existing restrictions on chiropractic and diabetes self-management training services.

Allows preventive dental care coverage to be modified or suspended for non-mandatory eligible populations if funding becomes insufficient, consistent with other optional services under the program.
