• Section 9-462.04 is amended to clarify zoning notice procedures and hearing requirements, including modifications to language regarding protest voting thresholds.

• Exemptions apply to municipalities with populations under 30,000 persons, municipalities on tribal land, historic districts, national register properties, and planned area developments.
