Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 36-2907.06 to modify the graduate medical education program for qualifying community health centers and rural health clinics.

Changes the program effective date from March 1, 2022 to October 1, 2024, removing the requirement for Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services approval as a contingency.

Requires the administration to annually distribute appropriated monies for direct and indirect costs of primary care graduate medical education programs at qualifying community health centers and rural health clinics.

Mandates primary care graduate medical education programs to report the number of new residency positions created with distributed monies, including rural positions, and the number of funded positions resulting in physicians locating practices in Arizona.

Authorizes coordination with local, county, tribal governments, and Arizona Board of Regents universities to provide additional matching funds for graduate medical education programs, with reporting requirements to legislative leadership on funding amounts and residency positions created.
