Appropriates $10,000,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2024-2025 to the Arizona Department of Health Services for trauma-informed training.

Department shall contract with an entity to provide a twelve-month training program for participating organizations in trauma-informed practices.

Training program includes assistance with identifying needs, assessing trauma-informed assessment protocols, and reviewing policies to align with trauma-informed approaches.

Requires regional coordinators to provide technical assistance, organizational visits, training, and community of practice facilitation to trauma-informed ambassadors within participating organizations.

Legislature intends that each full-time regional coordinator support no more than twenty participating organizations annually.
