Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 8-501 to modify the definition of "group foster home"

Adds requirement that group foster homes must have at least two adult employees on the premises at all times

Group foster homes continue to be licensed regular or special foster homes suitable for placement of more than five but not more than ten minor children

Changes the word "permit" to "allow" in two instances within the definition of restrictive behavior management (technical correction)
