• Establishes new disclosure requirements in subdivision public reports and land sale affidavits to notify buyers when property is located within a military installation influence area.

• Directs the State Land Department to prepare and maintain maps of military installations, ranges, and Arizona National Guard sites with their respective influence areas, and requires the State Real Estate Department to post these maps on its website.

• Makes conforming changes to county comprehensive planning and rezoning procedures to include similar notification requirements and influence area considerations for military installations.
