Prohibits online lodging marketplaces from displaying, offering, or transacting business for properties or operators in Arizona that do not comply with all applicable state, county, and local laws at the time of rental or occupancy.

Establishes a civil penalty of $250 per violation, with each day of violation counting as a separate violation.

Authorizes cities and towns to verify and enforce marketplace compliance with this section, collect penalties, and report violations and collected penalties to the Arizona Department of Revenue.

Defines "online lodging marketplace" and "online lodging operator" by reference to existing definitions in section 42-5076.

Changes the chapter heading of Title 44, Chapter 38 from "Businesses Exempt from Mask Mandate" to "Businesses Generally."
