Requires vloggers to compensate minor children if at least 30 percent of their video content produced within a 30-day period includes the child's name, likeness, or photograph and either meets platform view thresholds for compensation or generates $0.10 or more per view.

Mandates vloggers set aside 10 percent of gross earnings from qualifying content into a trust for the minor child's benefit until the child reaches age 18.

When multiple minor children meet the content threshold, the 10 percent earnings are aggregated and distributed equally among all children regardless of individual content percentages.

Grants individuals the right to request permanent deletion of video content from internet platforms when they reach age 18, and requires platforms to take reasonable steps to comply with deletion requests.

Requires all new contracts between parents and internet platforms involving greater than de minimis appearance of a minor child to notify the platform of the child's future deletion rights.
